Hi, I’m Cara-lee, and as a mum myself, I’m thrilled to be part of the Nurture team as a Home-based Visiting Teacher. With a wealth of experience in managing a local ECE service, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes a nurturing environment for our tamariki to thrive and have become a passionate advocate for small group ratios, as I believe they provide the ideal setting for our little ones to receive the care and attention they deserve. I’m excited to inspire and nurture our kaiako, empowering them to grow and exceed in their roles and create a supportive community dedicated to providing exceptional early learning experiences.
